Terms and conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Purchase and Sale Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the terms and conditions of purchase, payment, delivery, return and warranty of manufactured products in the online store www.woodenhouse.biz (hereinafter referred to as the Store).

1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read this Policy, agrees with its provisions and undertakes to comply with them.

1.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the Policy by prior notice in the Online Store. Changes apply only to orders placed after their publication.

2. CONCEPTS
**Seller** – a manufacturer and trader of products, managing the online store https://idon.e-komercija.lt/shop_CI3/lt, UAB Idon, company no. 302338498, VAT no. LT100004823913, Kombinato g. 9, Kaunas, 52494.

**Buyer** – a natural or legal person who orders goods in the Store.

**Product** – any product item offered for order in the Store.

**Agreement** – Purchase and Sale Agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller, concluded by placing an order in the Store.

3. ORDER SUBMISSION AND EXECUTION
3.1. The Buyer can place an order in the Store by selecting the desired Product and completing all necessary steps - selecting the components of the product, specifying contact details, delivery address, payment method and confirming the order.

3.2. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail.

3.3. If the Goods are manufactured individually to order (according to the customer's desired dimensions, design or configuration), such orders are considered individual and cannot be canceled without the Seller's consent.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
4.1. All prices for Goods are indicated in euros (EUR) including VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Payment is possible in the following ways:
- By bank transfer;
- Online banking;
- By other means specified in the Store.

4.3. Delivery cost:
Delivery to the Buyer and the delivery price are determined individually, taking into account the following criteria:
- distance from the factory,
- the weight of the goods,
- dimensions of the product,
- additional transportation conditions (loading, unloading possibilities).

4.4. Payment procedure for delivery:
The delivery price is indicated separately from the price of the Product and is paid together with the Product or according to the invoice provided by the Seller. Payment is possible by bank transfer or other method specified by the Seller.

4.5. The Seller shall begin to execute the order only upon receipt of the full price of the Goods or, in certain cases, advance payment in accordance with an individual agreement.

5. DELIVERY
5.1. The Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the period specified by the Seller.

5.2. Delivery terms and prices are specified at the time of each order.

5.3. The Buyer must accept the Goods themselves or ensure that an authorized person accepts them.

5.4. The Buyer also has the option to collect the Goods directly from the factory located at the address specified by the Seller.

5.5. The Buyer must inform the Seller in advance of his/her intention to collect the Goods on his/her own, agreeing on the exact date and time of collection.

5.6. The buyer, who has chosen self-collection, is responsible for proper transportation and loading, unless otherwise agreed.


6. WARRANTY
6.1. Warranty period: The goods are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
6.2. The warranty applies to manufacturing or design defects, but does not apply to the following cases:
- Damage caused by improper assembly, storage or operation;
- Arbitrary modifications.

6.4. Warranty obligations: The Buyer must inform the Seller of any defects noticed from the date of receipt of the goods. The notification must include purchase documents and clear photos and a description of the defects.

6.5. Upon receipt of a complaint, the Seller shall assess the situation and may choose to: replace, repair or compensate for part of the value of the Product. Warranty service does not extend the total warranty period.

7. RETURN AND CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
7.1. According to the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods, except for goods individually manufactured to the Buyer's order. A painted house cannot be returned, as it is considered an individual order.

7.2. Returned Goods must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and undamaged.

7.3. The Buyer covers the costs of returning the Product, unless the reason for the return is a poor-quality or unsuitable Product.

7.4. The Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer's money within 14 days from the date of receipt and evaluation of the returned Goods.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

8.2. The Policy applies from the date of its publication and is valid for all transactions concluded in the Store.
